Environment

We are committed to preserving our natural environment and ensuring our business incorporates the principles of sustainability. This includes initiatives to:

  • Reduce CO₂ emissions and ensure ongoing measurement of our CO₂ footprint

  • Increase communication and education about High Quality Promo’s sustainability commitments and initiatives to our stakeholders

Greenwashing

Greenwashing is the practice of overstating or making unsubstantiated claims about the environmental benefits of a product or service. High Quality Promo is committed to making responsible environmental claims that have a genuine impact. We will not exaggerate or overstate the environmental benefits of our products. Our products and services are promoted and communicated in line with government guidelines, providing a true and fair representation of their environmental impact.

  • Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Certification

FSC is an independent organisation dedicated to protecting healthy, resilient forests. Their certification sets guidelines for environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable forestry.

Where possible, we choose to supply products with FSC certification. If FSC certification is not available, we request that our suppliers provide information on the traceability of raw materials to ensure there is no risk of illegal logging.


Social Compliance

High Quality Promo has dedicated resources, processes, and procedures to ensure we deliver on our social compliance commitments and that our suppliers operate within the ethical standards we expect of our business partners. Our ethical standards include:

Product Safety & Compliance

We ensure that all items in our range are safe and compliant with all relevant regulations in the markets where they are sold. We achieve this through proactive management of product quality and safety, including:

  • Dedicated resources for product safety and compliance, responsible for overseeing our end-to-end product safety processes

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and guidelines to proactively audit and review products

  • Mandatory pre-introduction risk assessments and implementation of a product safety action plan, appropriate to the nature of the product and any associated risks, which may include:

    • External product safety testing by verified third parties

    • Product quality testing and inspections to ensure intended function

    • Appropriate packaging and labelling

    • Ongoing review and maintenance

    • Monitoring regulatory changes and implementing action plans to ensure continued compliance


Business Ethics
